Eric Hagemann believes in the power words have — to tell stories, engage audiences and build trust with stakeholders. And he has developed in the public and private sector the skills to use this power — through communications, public relations and marketing — to maximize results.
No matter how small or large the project, Eric’s expert perspective guides his work. He has a passion for integrated digital communications. And he has a track record of helping organizations identify opportunities to execute strategy and drive measurable results for lasting success.
Eric brings experience across web, social and multimedia channels. He played a key role in moving his district from Joomla to an industry-leading content management system that improved user experience, while reducing administrative time and cost. An interactive kindergarten enrollment fair included in the site led to record enrollment — during the pandemic — and earned national recognition.
Eric is consistently focused on creating valuable digital resources that engage visitors through words and visuals. He believes the most effective websites are dynamic, mobile-first, aligned to organizational priorities, optimized for SEO, data-driven and designed to deliver a great user experience on every visit. And he loves partnering with others to make all these things happen.
A “35 under 35” honoree by the National School Public Relations Association in 2020, Eric is a tireless advocate for equity and inclusion, community engagement and giving back to the school public relations profession.
Eric and his husband share their home with Finley, a rare mix of basset hound and Shih Tzu with a charming underbite, and Franklin, a less-than-petite goldendoodle. They love traveling and often can be found enjoying the Twin Cities food scene and new breweries around the metro.
