Tune Into Your Customer Service Message

Tune Into Your Customer Service Message

What sets your business apart from the competition? Is it the way you serve your clients/customers? Chances are it is, or at least it’s a big part of it. But how would you describe your service in greater detail, if lined up against your competition who happens to be saying the same thing?

Clearly defining your customer service message is key for attracting the right customers, and more of them. Think of a restaurant menu. How would you describe your customer service entrees? Are you a filet mignon, medium rare or a filet mignon that is USDA quality, custom-prepared to perfection?

Do you provide great customer service or do you solve customer problems?
Do you provide great customer service or do you serve with high standards and values?
