CEL Featured in Top 25 in Business Journal’s 2011 Book of Lists

The Business Journal of Minneapolis/St. Paul recently released their 2011 Book of Lists, which is a compiled ranking of the “Top 25” businesses of various industries according to the Business Journal’s standards. C.E.L. was included in the list of “Top 25 Public Relations Firms” for the third year in a row.
