Visiting social media sites while at work is frowned upon by some companies, but can you prove that you’re actually using those sites as strategic business tools?

No, going on Facebook to page through your friend’s photo album of his last vacation is not what we mean. It’s about using valuable connections online to open pathways for two-way communication between you and your customers/clients – both current and prospective. This open, direct communication gives you opportunities to reach your target market in a way that an expensive billboard or commercial could never provide.
