App of the Week: Dashlane

From company email and websites to our Facebook and Twitter pages, we all have plenty of passwords to keep track of. There is always the old fashioned way of keeping track by having them all written down and stored somewhere you feel they’re safe. But, if you want a secure application that can keep all of your passwords for easy access, Dashlane might be for you.

Dashlane is arguably the best free password manager and secure digital wallet out there. It can store all of your login information, your bank information, any secure notes you may have, and all you have to remember is your master password to get into the app.

Dashlane is free with the option of a premium application. It can be downloaded to your iPhone, iPad and desktop. The only downside to the app is to have it sync your information across all devices, you need to be a premium user. For the $19.99 per year, you get four major differences from the free app: Syncing across all devices, secure account backup, web access to your information and priority support. So, depending on how often you’d use the app, it could very well be worth it.
