Minnetonka Public School is known and respected as an innovative leader in education. Engaged in design-thinking, Minnetonka rolls out new programs and innovative learning experiences for students almost every year. Their marketing communications team keeps plenty busy. So when faced with two daunting tasks developing a new mobile responsive website and branding a new science program, they turned to CEL for their specialized expertise.

Branding

Minnetonka High School turned to CEL to brand its unique college-level research program in 2015. Within an on-site lab, unique to any area high school, accelerated students connect with industry partners and Ph.D. level mentors to design and conduct research according to their interests. The Minnetonka Research brand clearly reflects the scientific process and accelerated experience. The logo, report covers, journals and even lab coats all convey high-level professionalism in the field of inquiry and stays within the Minnetonka Schools brand.

Website Design

School communications professionals wear many hats from social media manager, to webmaster, to writer and designer, and community engagement facilitator. So when faced with the daunting task of developing a new mobile responsive website and migrating thousands of content pages, the Minnetonka communications team turned to CEL as their advisor and advocate. From goals and navigation, to writing  the RFP and evaluating vendor proposals for the CMS, CEL guided Tonka’s team – often asking critical strategic questions – to deliver the website on time and on budget.
