Cultural Festivals Takes to the Street to Unveil the 2014 Saint Louis Art Fair Commemorative Print

Cultural Festivals President & Executive Director Cindy Lerick, her staff, board members, and CEL will take to the streets of Clayton, Mo. on Aug. 7 to unveil the 2014 Saint Louis Art Fair Commemorative Print.

“Movement of the Narrow Road” by Artist Suro Kim will be revealed amid the activity of the Clayton Farmers Market, the perfect place to highlight the title of his piece.

The preview event and print unveiling is an award-winning Art Fair tradition dating back to 1999 when CEL created the first news-making event with Cindy Lerick for the Uptown Art Fair in Minneapolis. It’s a public relations strategy that attracts media attention a full month prior to the start of the Art Fair, alerting the public to save the date.

Sept. 5-7, artist Suro Kim will be one of 180-juried artists from across the country and Canada on the streets of downtown Clayton for the 21st Annual Saint Louis Art Fair. Their familiar white tents will be filled with work representing 13 mediums, including painting, drawing, ceramics, glass, jewelry, and more. And, we’ll be there to once again attract and secure media coverage!
