Chelsea Janke, Client Services Manager

Chelsea Janke oversees CEL’s client service process, including communications, project execution, and reporting. She combines attention to detail with overall implementation for effective outcomes. She’s been with CEL for more than eight years and is the resident technology wizard, managing social media and online marketing services for clients.

Chelsea is a master of helping schools bridge the gap between communications and technology, while ensuring the integrity of their brand and best practices. She is known and respected within the field of education for helping individual schools and districts tell their story and interact with students and families using effective communications tools and technology. She has been described as “a valued adviser and advocate.” Chelsea is resourceful and has an innate problem solving ability. She is exceptional at multi-tasking and keeps daily CEL operations and projects running smoothly.

School leadership and staff benefit from the systematic and practical training that Chelsea provides. She is an effective trainer with school leadership, communications professionals, and administrative staff.

As a speaker, Chelsea presents to diverse groups from School Boards to professional association members (MinnSPRA and others) to annual conferences and administrative staff events.

When not busy discovering new social media tactics and servicing clients, Chelsea can be found on the volleyball court or out riding horses. She and her husband have a son, Matthew and a dog named Charlie.
