As we think about the future of the communications and public relations industry, Rosa Johnson stands tall as a leader (even if she’s only 5’ 3”). Currently serving as the president of the University of Minnesota chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America, Rosa is a goal-driven, results-oriented strategist. A journalism and strategic communications major, she creates beautifully engaging content that highlights meaningful impact on community for our clients.

Rosa is passionate about providing the best content strategy for a client’s needs. She starts with research and conducts audits to find the best approach to reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message. Her first idea for a strategy is never her last, because she believes the best ideas are those that challenge our first impressions and grow from a position of strength.

Rosa has helped small start-ups, non-profits and student organizations build their social media and content strategy. She understands the importance of communicating compassionate, informative information to stakeholders using the most effective channels for multi-generational audiences.

FAMILY

When not developing content, Rosa enjoys traveling to new places, admiring pictures and videos of animals, running around the lakes in Minneapolis and hanging out with friends and family.
